You will find Concetta Caciotta’s coffin in Vampire Survivors by following these steps:
Head north in Gallo Tower Now, hug the left side of the stage Continue past the Bracer passive item Go as far north as the Arcana unlock You should find a mirror with some glow around it Now, enter the mirror to get to a hidden room The coffin should be right there with enemies surrounding it
These enemies have a lot of health so you should make sure that you can deal a ton of damage as well. Use weapons like Garlic to the Lightning Ring as they are most efficient. Keep a watch for bone dragons as you do this while making sure that you do not exit the mirror or you won’t be able to return to the hidden room. Thus, you will have to restart the stage to get back in. Now, after fighting all of the enemies surrounding the coffin, you will unlock Concetta in Vampire Survivors.

After you get Concetta, you will gain access to the Shadow Pinion. If you manage to survive any level for 15 minutes with Concetta, you will unlock the weapon for all of your characters.
